The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 港片每年都有一个最佳警匪片，这部作为今年的港片最佳，比前几年的所谓最佳的《追龙》《拆弹专家2》的cjb电影好看多了。
这个系列一定要好好做下去啊

像我一样很少重温看过的老番的人来说——非得要说一个优点的话——在这部影片胜在回忆，能看到很多年前曾让人觉得很有未来感的SAO世界，能看到一个多少有点陌生但形象更加饱满、剧情更加自洽的亚丝娜，能看到曾经的蓝衣桐人和亚丝娜的最初的相遇。总的来说，中规中矩，更多的是补充，好歹换了亚丝娜的视角增添了一份陌生感，否则就要变成一部加点新东西凑成的总集篇了。本作可看作是为了衔接有更多新剧情的下一部剧场版（黯淡黄昏的谐谑曲）、顺便多收割一波情怀的过渡之作。

终于看了期待《怒火》，谢霆锋你终于记得自己是演员了吗？等你回归影坛等很久了。。陈木胜+谢霆锋+甄子丹，大爱这个组合！没有让我失望，真的非常精彩！！谢霆锋一如既往的帅、有型，演技在线！甄子丹时装打斗风格再现！电影中致敬了导演自己以往的多部作品及多部经典动作电影情节。陈木胜导演是我比较喜欢的其中一位香港导演，他所拍的电影质量都很高，并且非常注重凸显香港本土特色。这次同样如此，证明拍电影不一定非要到国外取景，在香港也依然可以拍出紧张刺激感。如此优秀的一位香港导演，他的离去对香港电影界是莫大损失，希望有更多像他一样对电影有热诚的人能继续把香港动作电影发扬光大，让这团『怒火』可以一直燃烧下去。写了影评。
挺早的动画，但是今年才看的，对于作者的脑洞还是挺佩服的，前面游戏世界很精彩，但没想到中间就出来了，以为会打到100层……后面桐人苏醒后进入妹妹的游戏世界那几集有点一般，但整体来说还是不错的动画片。

典型的7分港式警匪片。然则后站中时代的港片比如《拆弹2》和《怒火》都涉及基层警员的价值迷茫，并不是一个偶然。小小黑帮已不够看，警匪对决变成了系统内外的警内斗，依然还是你死我活拳拳到肉，令人唏嘘。一个“崇邦”一个“港傲”几乎已经明说了，可惜文戏应该经过一些关键删改，还是说不明白。陈导的遗作很有野心啊。
我愿意给它五分。很久没看过这么爽的港产动作片了。当然如果是粤语版会更爽！有些配音还是很让人出戏，但不妨碍！谢霆锋做了这么多年厨子，演技没耽误还精进了！我去简直可以说是惊艳了，把大反派演活了！
香港老牌演员拍戏是真拼真打啊，拳拳到肉，荷尔蒙超标，谢霆锋宰人时的表情迷死我了！一刀把甄子丹的手扎穿时太解气了，明明一句谎话就能挽救6个好警察的生命和前途，偏要说实话，呸，装什么正人君子大圣人白莲花，恶心！呸！真恶心！最后才醒悟这个世界有灰色地带有啥用，6个好警察已经被毁了！要不是为了过审，把甄子丹也端了才解气！在巨幕厅看的，超过瘾！
进击篇就是第一季的dlc，后半段的战斗画面唤醒了以前中二年纪看sao的感觉。mito这个角色怎么说呢，算是个楔子吧引入铺垫桐人和亚丝娜的相遇，没什么感觉。我还想看更多的SAO😭
