剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     Larger than life是对梅艳芳最恰当的形容，她身上过早的沧桑感、行走江湖的傲岸，空前绝后，不可模仿。香港的女儿更是香港的女神，她的命运隐伏着此城的命运。电影可称水准之作，色调与画面边框晕影、后期配音化入一片朦胧中的声效，都暗示这只是梦回昨日，而昨日本身则定格于插播的梅艳芳片段，不在戏中。我更喜欢前2/3，剧本编写很细腻，正剧、诙谐小插曲、爱情场面，情调都不错。可惜从避居清迈开始，故事渐趋浮光掠影。新人女主角镇不住临终演唱会的舞台，情有可原，因为连化妆都欠缺说服力；然而一搬进实况片段就马上催泪：掩不住的病容，是艺术家正在用生命作人间绝唱！导演说过拍此片没有野心，目标只是让更多人（重新）认识梅艳芳，这目标相信已达到，凭这一点它就值得尊重和赞赏。
