The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事素材不用说。关键是舞台形式，给人启发。
从故事内容，歌曲，演员的唱功，叙述方式，转场的安排，表演形式的多变性，现场配乐的乐队，没有一个是不满意的，非常非常地喜欢，从头眼泪擦到尾

看完甚至有点庆幸因为疫情取消巡演被退票了，剧不好看，更不好听，几个演员一人分饰多角，我真的会错乱。中间我一度迷失了，这还是音乐剧吗？音乐在哪里？剧情无聊，唱段很少且毫无亮点，就记住了一句 I am an islander，现在的新剧都是这种水准了吗

看似很美式主旋律，但就是能够被这样人性的光辉所感动。
当生活被灾难按下了暂停键，内心的某些地方会变得不同，也许是感恩生活，也许是增加仇恨。没有人在灾难中一无所获。台上的演员高矮胖瘦都有，岛民和乘客身份随时切换，非常出彩。
太好看了！从剧情流畅度，到歌曲的编排完整性，是熟悉的百老汇高水准，每一个演员都又会演又会唱，歌曲超好听，看完这个更加为去年买好票又取消的0425天桥现场感到悲伤，祈祷疫情早日结束，我们早日看上百老汇舞台剧
