too concentrated，人物所处的环境是很凸现的，人在其中走总是想要去到哪里，然而没能卸下这股力，通道是紊乱的。
基调和质感很不错 犯罪惊悚这个类型并不少见 人物很立体矛盾很合理 但这些优点随着剧情的推进慢慢的不见了 故事开始变得夸张浮躁 甚至在赌场中的镜头和气氛也变得很诡异男女感情戏也是没有任何作用 又是浪费脚本演员的典范
震惊我的是这么无聊呆板的故事里还是有清晰的人物动机和发展的 很标准古典的剧本
勉强3星，片名和剧情本身并无太多关联，算是对体制黑洞以及战争创伤后遗症的反讽，节奏过于拖沓，想看到一场精彩的赌局，结果看了个寂寞。
不知为啥，我还蛮喜欢这部尴里尴尬的电影的。
这部电影的气质非常迷人，能够让人完全沉浸到保罗·施拉德的故事节奏里，稳、准、酷而且有着足够的沉淀，奥斯卡·伊萨克也是无比正确的选角。四星。

这片子最先吸引我注意的竟然不是故事也不是迷人的镜头，而是音响设计。这沉闷、抑郁又孤独的音响实在太配这个故事了。

Conte cruel dans une Amérique sans échappatoire ni rédemption possible.
