The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 虽说是根据真事改编，但片中情节编得比较过分，煽得过于用力。影片成本不高，场景不大，基本相当于剧场表演。男主、女主两名黑人演员表现不错，演得挺有张力，值得加分。不过其中一些情节编得有些离谱，bug明显，因为借着“释放曼德拉”的由头，导演偏向同情“MK”，赋予他们很多“人性”的细节，让人们对他们最后的结局产生同情。
花和人都会遇到各种各样的不幸，但是生命的长河是无止境的。
西方主旋律电影，整个电影非常脸谱化，一看长相就知道性格的那种，但是矮子里拔将军，跟其他主旋律电影比起来，已经很不错了

浪费时间，挺好的题材拍成这样，有好多机会爆头，结果非得不好打的时候来一枪，那个美女跟狙击手有仇啊！全程都在墨迹，除了开头那几枪。。。
精致忧郁的男孩子和帅气成熟的大叔，他们的世界远没有这么光鲜。

这种电影从电影工业角度没什么可说的，无非就是在有限的场景里依靠演员和矛盾冲突把故事与观众紧密的带入到一起，引起共情，达到最佳的影像效果
就因为目的换成了释放曼德拉，所有人开始支持他了除了上校，就。。。很突兀
今井翼的演技越来越好了，最后被分手难过演得很好；
