The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 如今这个后西部精神时代，再拾西部主题者除了固有的反抗元素，大多走向了致敬复古之余，以幽默而反套路的舞台剧风格为主的娱乐类型片。相对而言本片不知是否为了配合黑人演员，背景色彩搭配鲜明而人物服化道色彩则相对单一，摄影也稍显单调，于风格略有不合。一个通俗的西部故事被强行扩容，最终强行由反派升华了主题，复仇之欲令人堕落，也留下了续集的余地，典型的网飞之作。5/10

那么多角色，我都记住了，风格很鲜明，很用心的一部西部片
剧情稍稍有点乱，最后的彩蛋不错，并且暗示了下一集。
认真学了很多通心粉西部片之后的结果，最后画面突然变形复古十足，好评
