The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 2.5，相当凑合。粉丝向的片子，延续旧作风格，新老演员都是熟脸。故事的套路和今年的新黑客帝国和新捉鬼敢死队很像，剧情纯为了重启而硬编，不少桥段无脑弱智，不断地cue原作，人物出场生硬毫无铺垫，不是粉丝看不明白其中关系。最近新拍的几部重启片都不行，看得出来好莱坞是有些黔驴技穷了。
过于写实以至于乏味，没人物，没场面，没剧情，没艺术

片头和结尾的历史影片记录是一大败笔，导致我特意去确定了这是2022年的电影才继续看了下去。
