更喜欢贾斯汀·库泽尔的《麦克白》，但是这种极简主义的舞台剧风格也非常迷人，尤其是摄影、美术的艺术造诣让人拍手叫绝，包括那专属于A24电影的诡谲之气。

剧场不可模拟特别在于观众对演出的自主选择，可以选择看这里，可以选择那样看，可以选择哪天看，选择都会影响呈现效果，但是电影不能，哪怕这样的也不行，这片子没哪里不好，只是像一个防腐过的、塞了棉花的、精致的，尸体标本。
A24外观下是对茂瑙、斯约斯特罗姆、德莱叶默片时代的回归，但没必要。
第五个麦克白！开头女巫过分可怕，半夜刺杀那一幕也真实的可怕；denzel好镇定啊，称王跳脚那段算是一个情绪小高潮了；最后打戏颇英雄，不过是黑白的叶子；把莎士比亚缺的预言里的儿子线补上来了；片子stage感很强，像一个童话寓言，感觉会适合做成蒂姆伯顿式动画；hollow crown
史上演技最好的麦克白与麦克白夫人，摄影绝到无话可说，极简主义打造的黑白布景将舞台剧效果拉满，然而最大的感想却是——科恩兄弟解体了？！
炫丽的辞藻却如同背课文，这应该出现在舞台上而不是以这种形式。
看完的感觉就是很舒服，很流畅。不论是人设还是镜头色调都是棒。虽然也没有特别出众的地方。
