The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 避開了倫理矛盾，取而代之的是寡淡溫吞的情感，出戲之餘更在意bug，爲什麽摔倒時手錶沒報警（這還是蘋果出品的電影），爲什麽隱形眼鏡視頻沒眨眼。
没想到这几个人物的演出就完成了这样一部有内容的好电影，看的过程中就有想流泪的感觉，看到影片最后两行热泪也跟着流下来，很完美的收尾。

克隆人的老主题，抛开了法律、伦理问题，聚焦在卡梅隆的情感、心理。对卡梅隆来讲，杰克永远都是克隆人、不是真正的自己，杰克背负秘密、还有卡梅隆对妻子坦陈秘密后的未来隐患。全片极简风格，透露出一种哀伤的美感，Ali表演加分。
