The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 场景和故事都很简单，为母则刚，有勇气逃离渣男还是要点赞。被渣男锁在储物室，女儿和幼儿在外面，还被恋童癖闯进家，险象环生。

毁就毁在太长了，有些笑点太badbad了，但是想法很好，有些情节看起来夸张，实际还真能发生在身边，就很魔幻。
三星半。角色眾多，似乎電視動畫呈現更合適。動作段落超熱血及激烈，的確是電影級場面。
6.5/10 看来是真的被隔离关傻了的结果…
还以为是恐怖片，很多智商着急的低级失误，硬是要把宗教扯进来。
从头扯到尾，但还是挺好笑的。隔离有那么难忍吗，多开心呀。打恐龙的台词真的太好笑了，跟那种电影里的模式一模一样！！

想不通为什么凯伦吉兰和佩德罗为什么要接这种片子，太无聊太闷，跟因为疫情在家快疯了一样，讨论的也是以疫情为蓝本创作的故事，但是太烂了
不可思议，Maroon 5主场Adam竟然还给这部剧作了首结尾曲啊。
★★☆ 上一次看Judd Apatow作品，已經要追溯到15年的《生活殘骸》了，有創意，有段子，沒故事，沒節奏，這一次的優缺點如出一轍，而且還更差，主線更弱，群戲也不行，荒誕一不小心成了荒謬。当阿帕圖黨只剩下Judd Apatow，曾經《太壞了》《菠蘿特快》《伴娘》帶給我的樂趣，一去不復返了，我想念Seth Rogen、Paul Rudd、Jonah Hill、Michael Cera們湊在一起的日子。
看网飞预告就超期待的电影，妈呀，真的是笑屎我了，啊这群人真的太搞了...literally such a pandemic crisis.. 超好看的
剧情好差。整体套路和普通热血动漫一样。主角打BOSS，双男二打干部。画面越发的华丽了。但是最后大战看得还不如英雄崛起过瘾。
拍的再大胆点儿就好了，这才哪到哪啊。节奏略奇怪，数次感觉要结束了，但后面硬来了一小时。但是挺好笑的，是那种无语的好笑:)

虽没字幕，也能看懂。女人为挣脱囚禁，斗智又斗勇，还行，还能看。
把所有热点元素都集合在一起疯狂吐槽但远没有《别想上看》那么好看 属于就是烂但也让你想看它最后有多烂的那种烂片
刚开始觉得有些梗挺搞笑的 笑着笑着就疲了 这种喜剧电影有什么必要拍两个小时啊😑
