故事其实蛮工整的，而且也没有什么拖泥带水的地方，关于美国梦仍是那么明显，不是人人都可以轻易成功。不多不少带有政治正确吧，种族歧视、性别歧视等等，都踩在了现在的风口上。
通过父母对话，我居然看到的是教育子女成才要这么用力用心。对故事里的理查德真有产生共情，我可能还是偏被迫害（对偏激的《爆裂鼓手》还能如此得以证实），老调重弹的类型也认为瑕不掩瑜。比赛前后这些，我还是没有抵抗力！在观点输出这一块…具体差距还是要客观正视…
三星半，同一个题目，更想去看爸爸的单人纪录片。不是演员表演问题，大概在剧本重心设计上。

理查德还记得那个开着红色货车找上门的孩子吗？他在哪里？有没有走出黑人社区？当他被小混混撕打或者说撕打别人的时候，他的父亲，正在世界的另外一端，在阳光明媚的加州，沐浴在成功的光环下。
2小时10分的内容没有最后几分钟真实录像力量大，不太行。
理查德不仅是女儿们的中心，更是支撑起整个故事的灵魂，史皇的表演太扎实，把理查德的复杂面相演绎的特别到位，故事的内核和当年的《当幸福来敲门》相似，只可惜故事太平铺直叙太符合当下美国社会的一个潮流，反而缺少了后者给人的那种浸润内心的感动，更像是一个套版模式的流水线作品。包括赛场的还原段落，虽然拍的蛮不错，但也是和《绝杀慕尼黑》《夺冠》类似，没有什么新意可言。
