高纬的日光真的还蛮像舞台追光效果的。语法其实还蛮统一的，幻像与预兆全都来自光的变形，除此之外就真的很怀疑还在用这个文本玩什么。Frances McDormand的表演跟这部难得地非常配搭，“演给你看”的过度表演刚好提供了造作的面部与体态的形状。

上手经典进行大胆的诠释与更新，各版期望传递的讯息、选角思路以及具体背景各不相同；但灵魂依然是对权欲的无边渴望与心魔诱惑之下的失控。最出彩的是用极简的方式想象另个时空之下的皇室，空荡的走廊、由高墙和钢筋立柱树立的王位“监狱”还有仿佛没有尽头的门框…这里如此冰冷，仿佛可以吞噬所有。透过这些装置的感受，不断地与熟稔许多的故事交融；泽帝让人又爱又恨，这里是前半部分。
