The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 主线和人物细节都没有第一部好看，故事愈发低幼化就很无趣。

轻松，随和，令人愉悦，影像的力量和舒缓的节奏缓慢地释放着影片的真挚感情。希望东木老爷保重身体，以后有机会继续拍出自己想拍的电影啊！
【3.5】简单真挚，仅仅讲述一段温柔的旅程。东木能一直坚持拍下去，就是之于一位创作者最美好的事情。
在哀叹东木老爷子老去的同时，更惊叹他一生对于电影的这腔热忱。说实话，这部影片只有两星水准，但面对已经过了耄耋之年的老爷子，内心真想给他打出五星。不管怎样，仍然不希望本片是东木的息影之作。
三星的故事，多一分给情怀。近几年最喜欢的还是《骡子》。
和第一部的感觉差不多
完美的世界重新演绎，温柔怀旧。但是越是看下去越发现这个故事讲得太浅，过多依赖对白，叙述成为故事发展的动力，观众很容易出戏。或者换句话说如果本片不是东木老爷亲自出演，完全没那么多人看分也不会高。
