导演用情绪失控变身小熊猫指代生理期失控设定，变身只传女不传男，控制的方法则是放轻松，从朋友到最后家人都在激励着她。
还是很皮克斯的，用抽象概念（turning red panda）表现情感矛盾。我觉得男性无法get这个片很正常，除了没有生理期这种天然不同外，女性跟妈妈之间一生的情感羁绊，和男生与妈妈之间的联结方式完全不同。这其中的微妙，懂的人自会懂。以及青春变形记，这个中文翻译非常好。
类似于《亲密治疗》，里奥的工作准确的叫法应该是“性治疗师”，释放身体又解开心结。那个餐厅服务员肯定立马下订单了吧？

小熊猫蛮可爱，福瑞控竟是我自己。用红熊猫形容女孩初潮还蛮简单易懂的。时长很短，观看体验流畅，很套路但不无聊。妈妈的形象非常像刘敏涛。
